Q: During the glaze cycle, the lower spray arm is broken down and pops out for washing. Last night, he appeared off and landed on the heater core to heat, which melted the two ends of the spray arm. I noticed a little water (but not too much) collecting in the bottom of the machine during the wash. Is this the case? Ideas? Please! Thank you.
