Tuscan Cliffs Offers 3 Decorated Models
According to Evon, the three model homes available for move in are being offered at thousands off their original prices.
"Our builder, Pacific Southwest Development, is offering these homes at a 30 to 40 percent discount off their original prices. For homes that now start at $1.275 million, that is a significant savings."
Tuscan Cliffs' Villa de Giovanni, Villa de Gabriella and Villa de Franchesca model homes are available for purchase. Villa de Giovanni is a 6,001-square-foot residence that includes four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, a library, first-floor master suite with retreat and three-car tandem garage. This home also features two casitas and 1,100-square-foot game room.
The Villa de Gabriella model home is a 5,945-square-foot residence that includes six bedrooms, 51/2 baths and a casita with a full bath. It also features an elevator, media room, library and six fireplaces.
